Important: Orders are currently pay at pickup. At pickup, SHRISH LLC may accept cash, card, or Zelle. Online payment is not yet enabled on the website, but may be added later.

1. How Our Pickup-Based Business Works

SHRISH LLC currently operates as a local preorder and pickup business for seasonal food items and specialty products. Because our business is pickup-based and the products must be checked at the time of handoff, refund decisions are tied to inspection at pickup.

2. Inspection at Pickup Is Required

You are responsible for checking your order carefully at pickup before leaving. Please confirm all of the following before you depart:

If there is any issue with the order, it must be raised with us at pickup and before you leave the pickup location.

3. No Refund After Leaving Pickup Location

Once you take your order and leave the pickup location, there is no refund. This applies to all items sold by SHRISH LLC. By leaving with the order, you acknowledge that you had the chance to inspect it before departure.

This policy does not limit any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law, including rights relating to unsafe, adulterated, mislabeled, recalled, or legally nonconforming products.

5. Allergy, Spice, Ingredient, and Image Disclaimers

Customers with food allergies, sensitivities, medical dietary restrictions, pregnancy-related concerns, or spice tolerance concerns must review product information and contact SHRISH LLC before ordering or before accepting the product at pickup. Products may contain or be prepared with peanut/groundnut oil and other major allergens, including milk, egg, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soybeans, and sesame.

Products may be manufactured, processed, packed, stored, transported, or handled in facilities or environments that also handle peanuts, tree nuts, milk, eggs, wheat, soy, sesame, fish, and shellfish. Cross-contact may occur even when an allergen is not intentionally listed as an ingredient. If you have a severe or life-threatening food allergy, consult a physician before ordering and contact us before placing an order.

Ingredients, spice level, labels, packaging, and product appearance may vary by supplier batch. Product images are for illustration only. Allergy concerns, spice preference, taste preference, or ingredient questions raised after leaving the pickup location are not eligible for refund unless required by applicable law.

6. What We May Do If an Issue Is Raised Before You Leave

If a genuine issue is identified before you leave the pickup location, we may, at our discretion:

7. Availability, Shipment Delays, and Variety Limits

Some products and varieties depend on incoming shipments and seasonal availability. Placing an order does not guarantee final availability. Some varieties may not arrive even after orders are placed.

In that situation, SHRISH LLC reserves the right to cancel all or part of an order, postpone fulfillment, or try to accommodate the item in a future shipment or next delivery cycle.

8. Pickup Location and Schedule Changes

Pickup locations, dates, and times may change due to operational needs, venue availability, weather, safety concerns, supplier delays, shipment delays, or other factors outside our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers using the contact information on file.

No refund is owed solely because of a pickup location or schedule change if the order remains available for pickup at an updated location or time, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

9. No-Show Orders

If you do not appear during the designated pickup time, your order may be marked as a no-show. SHRISH LLC is not obligated to hold, redeliver, or reschedule no-show orders. Customers with repeated no-shows may be restricted from placing future orders, subject to applicable law.

10. Cancellations and Changes Before Pickup

If you need to cancel or modify an order before pickup, contact us as early as possible. We will try to accommodate reasonable requests, but once an order has been prepared, packed, or committed for pickup, changes may not be possible.

11. Refusal of Service and Order Cancellation Rights

SHRISH LLC reserves the right to cancel an order, decline service, or refuse a transaction at any time, subject to applicable law. This may occur for availability reasons, operational issues, repeated no-shows, suspected misuse, abusive behavior, inaccurate customer information, or other legitimate business reasons.

12. Recall, Safety, or Supplier Issues

If we learn of a recall, supplier safety notice, contamination concern, allergen issue, regulatory issue, or other product-safety concern, we may cancel orders, remove products, contact affected customers, offer replacement, issue refund, or take other steps we determine are appropriate or legally required.

13. Informal Resolution

If you have a concern about an order, contact us promptly with your order number, pickup location, description of the issue, and any photos or details that may help us review the concern. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve legitimate issues directly before either party considers a formal dispute.
